Job Summary
Leading and managing the Epic training team, the full-time Epic Training Manager will develop training strategies, coordinate training activities, and ensure compliance with Epic workflows while working remotely with occasional travel to North Carolina behavioral healthcare facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Epic training team, including trainers and curriculum development
- Develop and maintain enterprise Epic training strategies, curricula, and materials
- Coordinate training activities for Epic upgrades, implementations, and workflow changes
