Job Summary

A company is looking for an External Review Specialist to manage and oversee external reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and organize various external reviews, including audits and readiness reviews
• Maintain databases for tracking reviews and corrective action plans
• Coordinate with departments to ensure successful completion and compliance of external reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree in Business, English, Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of experience in technical/business writing, compliance, or policy development
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to organizational operations
• Experience in project coordination and administration
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
