Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Family Law Paralegal to support attorneys in various family law matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Manage and maintain detailed case files throughout all stages of the matter
• Support attorneys with hearing, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit organization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a family law paralegal
• Highly proficient in cloud-based legal case management software
• Familiarity with family law-specific CRMs or tools is a plus
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF editing software
• Self-motivated and highly organized, able to manage competing deadlines independently
