Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Finance and Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations and human resources practices
• Develop and manage the annual budget and supervise financial operations
• Lead and manage relationships with bookkeeping contractors and administrative staff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations and/or financial management
• Excellent or advanced speaking and writing skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience working with diverse populations and varying comfort levels with technology
• Ability to oversee multi-entity operations and work under tight deadlines
