North Carolina Finance Lead
Job Summary
Partnering closely with the Global Product Services and Sustainability Portfolio Leader, the full-time hybrid North Carolina Finance Lead will provide strategic financial guidance, manage the annual budget planning process, and oversee the global monthly forecasting process while working both remotely and onsite.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the finance lead for the Sustainability & Global Product Services Portfolios, offering strategic financial guidance on business modeling and investment priorities
- Lead the annual budget planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and financial objectives
- Own and coordinate the global monthly forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with geographical operations
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant, hands-on experience in finance, business planning, or related commercial roles
- Finance and product portfolio experience with global exposure and full profit-and-loss ownership or support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to work flexibly across time zones to support global stakeholders
