North Carolina Grants Manager

Job Summary

To support the NC ROOTS Hub, the full-time salaried NC ROOTS Grants & Contracts Manager will draft and manage contracts and sub-award agreements, ensuring alignment with program strategies and performance indicators while working remotely in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft contracts, sub-awards, and agreements for providers, vendors, and partners
• Define and incorporate key performance indicators (KPIs) into all contracts
• Review all contracts for clarity, completeness, and alignment with program goals

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree and three years of experience in grants management or contracts development; or Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in the same fields
• Experience drafting contracts or scopes of work tied to deliverables and performance
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside in North Carolina
