Job Summary
To ensure compliance with organizational policies and state and federal guidelines, the full-time remote North Carolina Grievance Analyst will manage grievances and appeals, analyze data trends, and coordinate responses from multiple business units while residing in North Carolina and being available for occasional onsite meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to grievances and appeals, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions
- Synthesize and analyze data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and mediate complex relationships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mental health, public health, psychology, sociology, public administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in human services/behavioral health or data analysis
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding behavioral healthcare grievances and appeals
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis software such as SPSS
- Experience working with individuals with mental health, substance abuse issues, or intellectual disabilities preferred
