Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
- Provide support in finding primary care physicians within the customer's network
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for managing multiple systems
- Open availability between 9am-6pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Must reside in the state of North Carolina
