Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan reviews and appointment scheduling
  • Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
  • Provide support in finding primary care physicians within the customer's network
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency for managing multiple systems
  • Open availability between 9am-6pm EST, Monday to Friday
  • Must reside in the state of North Carolina
