Job Summary
To ensure compliance with HEDIS standards and support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time North Carolina HEDIS Coordinator will manage data collection and reporting processes while facilitating communication between departments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee adherence to HEDIS standards by managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the collection and validation of HEDIS data
- Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to identify and implement initiatives based on HEDIS data analysis
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or healthcare data management
- 2 years of experience with healthcare quality measures or clinical data reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with healthcare databases
- Knowledge of HEDIS measures and coding requirements
