Job Summary

To ensure compliance with HEDIS standards and support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time North Carolina HEDIS Coordinator will manage data collection and reporting processes while facilitating communication between departments in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee adherence to HEDIS standards by managing data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the collection and validation of HEDIS data
  • Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to identify and implement initiatives based on HEDIS data analysis
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration or healthcare data management
  • 2 years of experience with healthcare quality measures or clinical data reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with healthcare databases
  • Knowledge of HEDIS measures and coding requirements
