North Carolina Housing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transition & Housing Specialist (Remote NC).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage housing programs and initiatives for individuals with mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities
• Identify and connect individuals to housing resources, services, and social determinants of health
• Provide expertise and training to stakeholders regarding housing resources and ensure compliance with contract obligations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Five years of service experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state housing laws and regulations
• Experience in managing relationships with external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn software applications
