Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Five years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with three years in a supervisory role
• Preferred HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience in strategic planning and human resources management principles
