Job Summary

A company is looking for an Innovations Access Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the assessment and enrollment process for eligible members seeking NC Innovations Waiver slots
  • Manage communication with local county DHHS offices and maintain necessary reports related to slot allocation
  • Assist members and their legally responsible persons (LRPs) with accessing I/DD services and provide information on available resources
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related Human Services area
  • Two years of post-degree professional experience working with the population served
  • Must meet the criteria of being a North Carolina Qualified Professional in 10A NCAC 27G .0104
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and relevant information systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assessment and treatment of developmental disabilities
