North Carolina IT Network Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Network Engineer to work remotely within North Carolina, who will manage the administration, deployment, and support of IT systems including servers, LAN/WAN, and security infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Agency's data, voice, and security systems infrastructure
• Maximize network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating on network optimization
• Secure network systems by establishing policies and monitoring access

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with three years of experience in server operating systems or TCP/IP Networking, or an Associate's degree with one year of experience
• Certification in relevant areas is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must reside within North Carolina
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
