North Carolina IT Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-wide technology projects, the full-time Senior Manager, IT Projects and Programs will oversee project delivery and governance while managing a team of Project Managers and Analysts, all within a remote setting in North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and advance collections of related IT projects to meet strategic and operational demands
• Ensure oversight and governance of IT projects and programs to achieve business outcomes
• Lead and supervise a team, providing talent development and managing performance evaluations

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree with a minimum of four years of Program Management experience, or Bachelor's degree with two years of experience
• Experience leading IT teams in delivering projects and programs in a regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale IT transformation initiatives
• Project Management certification such as PMI PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2
• Must reside within North Carolina and possess a valid driver's license
