Job Summary

A company is looking for an Elementary School Student Academic and Engagement Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Support student engagement by welcoming families, building relationships, and monitoring participation
• Communicate with families about attendance and collaborate with staff to address barriers
• Align academic remediation activities with curriculum and monitor student progress through data

Required Qualifications

• NC Teaching License preferred
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Prior school experience required
