Job Summary

A company is looking for a Middle School Student Academic and Engagement Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support student engagement by welcoming families, building relationships, and monitoring participation
• Provide attendance support by communicating with families and coordinating with school personnel to address barriers
• Implement academic remediation by collaborating with teachers and designing intervention plans based on assessment data

Required Qualifications:

• NC Teaching License preferred
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• Prior school experience required
