Job Summary
To support student success, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Academic Coach will enhance daily attendance, boost engagement in learning, and provide targeted academic interventions while working remotely and collaborating with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new families, guide them through account setup, and monitor student participation to promote engagement
- Communicate with families about attendance expectations and coordinate with school staff to address barriers
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement academic remediation plans based on assessment data
Required Qualifications
- NC Teaching License preferred
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Prior school experience required
