North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients and provide quality service, including contract and coverage analysis
• Assist in cross-selling and account rounding within the existing book of business
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and manage claims reporting and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
