North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide quality service, including contract and coverage analysis
• Assist clients with coverage changes and respond to service issues in a timely manner
• Market and negotiate renewal options while documenting all client communications accurately

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage tasks effectively
