North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service existing accounts, ensuring high-quality client interactions and retention
• Assist clients with coverage changes and provide timely communication regarding policies and claims
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
