Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and support
• Assist clients with coverage changes, endorsements, and renewal processes while identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Document all client communications and ensure compliance with agency procedures and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
