Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, providing quality service and support
• Assist in cross-selling and account management within the existing book of business
• Handle contract analysis, coverage inquiries, and renewal processes for clients

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with agency management systems preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
