North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide quality service
• Assist with contract analysis, coverage changes, and renewal processes
• Cross-sell and account-round within the existing book of business

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license required upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
