North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager for a hybrid/remote position in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients and provide quality service, including contract and coverage analysis
• Cross-sell and account-round within the existing book of business to increase revenue
• Assist clients with coverage changes and resolve service issues while documenting all communications

Required Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license upon hire
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and underwriting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload
