North Carolina Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager (NC hybrid/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients and provide quality service to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist clients with coverage changes and provide necessary documentation accurately and on time
• Market, negotiate, and prepare renewal options while maintaining effective communication with clients

Required Qualifications

• Property and casualty insurance license upon hire is required
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and ability to communicate this knowledge clearly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and self-manage workload effectively
