North Carolina Licensed Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting the Derivative accounting team, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Accountant will manage the preparation of derivatives disclosures and assist with accounting for derivative instruments in a hybrid or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare derivatives disclosures for financial statements on a GAAP and Statutory basis
- Assist with journal entries and reconciliations related to derivative accounting
- Analyze business-critical data and develop ad hoc reports to support management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience in a public or private company environment
- Working knowledge of GAAP or Statutory accounting and reporting
- Previous experience with derivatives is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
