Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and finance function within a medical non-profit practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including vendor invoices, payroll, and cash flow projections
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and assist with audits and tax filings
• Collaborate with the CEO and finance committee for strategic financial planning and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2-3 years in nonprofit accounting
• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong technical expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel
• Experience in financial analysis and grant reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
