North Carolina Licensed ACTT Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ACTT Therapist - Team Leader (LCSW(A)/LCMHC(A)) to provide therapy and clinical support to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete behavioral health and substance use assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver community-based services and facilitate person-centered planning meetings
• Participate in crisis response and de-escalate behavioral health crises in community settings

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license: LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, or LCSW-A
• At least 1 year of experience working with adults in mental health or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness or behavioral health needs
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to a multidisciplinary team
• Must be able to drive daily to client locations and participate in on-call rotations
