Job Summary
Contributing to complex analyses and projects, the full-time Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Associate Manager will provide financial analyses, direct benefit plan strategies, and ensure quality deliverables while collaborating with client teams and vendors in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Key responsibilities
- Actively participate on multiple employer client teams to deliver financial analyses and client outputs
- Provide direction on benefit plan analysis, design, and funding strategies
- Communicate complex financial results to drive client action and support decision-making
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting/actuarial functions
- Knowledge of health and welfare products and services
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of underwriting and funding concepts
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
- Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation is preferred
