Job Summary

To support a refuel project focused on population health, the North Carolina Licensed Application Analyst will work remotely on a contract-to-permanent basis, managing the build, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose systems.

Key responsibilities

• Support Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose build, optimization, and maintenance
• Collaborate with operational and clinical teams on workflow improvements
• Troubleshoot issues and support enhancement requests

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic Healthy Planet experience
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification
• Epic Compass Rose Certification
• Strong population health and care coordination experience
