Job Summary
Bilingual Spanish/English associate clinicians (LMHCA or LCSWA) will provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina in a part-time, remote role, with guaranteed pay and free supervision during consistent afternoon/evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide teletherapy to students and collaborate with school counselors and families
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions
- Manage a growing caseload of Latino students and families, ensuring culturally competent care
Required qualifications
- Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
- Availability for predictable hours, Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM
