Job Summary

A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide risk-adjusted legal advice on employment law matters to internal stakeholders
• Oversee the drafting and negotiation of employment-related agreements
• Manage complex employment litigation and ensure compliance with legal obligations

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA accredited law school or foreign equivalent; licensed to practice law in at least one State
• 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience, preferably in the tech sector
• Ability to collaborate with HR and assess legal risks across multiple regions
• Experience in supporting international business operations on complex legal issues
• Flexibility to work with global teams and adapt to remote communication needs
