Job Summary
A company is looking for a Litigation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk-adjusted legal advice on employment law matters to internal stakeholders
- Oversee the drafting and negotiation of employment-related agreements
- Manage complex employment litigation and ensure compliance with legal obligations
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school or foreign equivalent; licensed to practice law in at least one State
- 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience, preferably in the tech sector
- Ability to collaborate with HR and assess legal risks across multiple regions
- Experience in supporting international business operations on complex legal issues
- Flexibility to work with global teams and adapt to remote communication needs
