North Carolina Licensed Associate Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting lead project managers, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Associate Project Manager will assist in delivering permitting outcomes, conduct permit research, and collaborate with city staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering permitting outcomes and preparing permit plans
• Conduct accurate permit research and monitor permit status for timely responses
• Collaborate with city staff and provide feedback to product & engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture with a focus on project management
• Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
• Strong research skills for accurate permit requirements
• Ability to interface with city staff and navigate administrative processes
• Proactive problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities
