Key Responsibilities

• Provide prepaid legal services for a prepaid legal services plan registered in North Carolina
• Maintain a challenging and diversified caseload and provide initial consultations to clients
• Negotiate with opposing parties to resolve claims and draft legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in North Carolina
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at a law firm
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
