Job Summary

A company is looking for a Creditors' Rights / L&T Attorney Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload in creditors' rights, landlord-tenant, and civil litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and related filings
• Appear in court for hearings in the Charlotte area and develop case strategy

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in North Carolina (JD required)
• Litigation experience with strong legal writing and research skills
• Comfort with oral advocacy and court appearances
• Background in creditors' rights, landlord-tenant, collections, foreclosures, or civil litigation is a strong plus
• Self-directed and effective working remotely
