Job Summary

North Carolina Licensed Auto Estimator, responsible for writing initial vehicle damage estimates in a fully remote position, collaborating with body shops and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Negotiates settlements, makes payments, and documents all activities within authority limits
• Builds functional relationships with both internal and external customers

Required Qualifications

• North Carolina license as an auto estimator
• Strong foundation in technical estimating skills
• Solid understanding of repair procedures
• Experience with CCC and Microsoft applications
• Prior experience in the auto insurance industry is preferred
