Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bankruptcy Paralegal to support attorneys with consumer and business bankruptcy matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and file Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, and related pleadings
• Support Chapter 11 matters, including preparation of petitions, schedules, and financial statements
• Communicate with clients, trustees, courts, and creditors to collect documents and advance cases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent bankruptcy paralegal experience
• Direct experience with Chapters 7 and 13 required
• Chapter 11 experience required; Subchapter 5 strongly preferred
• Proficiency with BestCase, Clio, Microsoft Office, and Adobe
• Professional home office setup
