Job Summary
Seeking a full-time North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst, the candidate will model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide direct treatment to clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
- Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
- Provide direct behavioral treatment, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
Required qualifications
- Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Knowledge of approved crisis management procedures
