Job Summary

Seeking a full-time North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst, the candidate will model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support, conduct behavioral assessments, and provide direct treatment to clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodology
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and provide behavior analytic interpretations
  • Provide direct behavioral treatment, including skills training and crisis de-escalation
Required qualifications
  • Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
  • Knowledge of approved crisis management procedures
