Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide mental health support remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Provide various treatment modalities and conduct interventions for individuals, groups, and families
• Document patient care and present cases in clinical team meetings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's Degree in a relevant human services field from an accredited institution
• Associate licensure or certification from the appropriate governing board within 6 months of employment
• Successful completion of CPI and CPR training within 90 days of hire
• Preferred clinical experience, particularly with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness and substance abuse
• Good therapeutic communication skills are essential
