Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Benefits Administration to join their People & Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy, design, and oversight of employee benefit programs including medical, dental, and retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA
  • Oversee broker and vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Advanced degree or CEBS certification strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive benefits administration experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience managing benefits and retirement plans in multi-state environments
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into insights
