Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Benefits Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategy, design, and oversight of various employee benefit programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage benefits-related M&A activities
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage the Benefits Administration System for data accuracy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Advanced degree or CEBS certification strongly preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive benefits administration experience with leadership responsibility
  • Experience managing benefits in multi-state environments and knowledge of compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into insights
