North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Clinician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NC Licensed Bilingual Clinician: LMSW, LCSW or LPC in Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides customized care and treatment plans for patients within assigned Care Pods
• Coordinates behavioral health care with primary care providers and monitors patient progress
• Educates patients on behavioral health and substance use disorders, facilitating care plan changes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice in North Carolina as an associate or independent clinician (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, etc.)
• A secure, high-speed internet connection for video conferencing and cloud-based systems
• Proficiency in medical interpretation and documentation in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches and behavioral health screening tools is advantageous
