Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual PartnersACCESS Clinician (RN) with a remote option for NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial screenings and triage for behavioral health services, determining eligibility and urgency of treatment needs
• Manage data entry, referrals, and follow-up calls to ensure members are connected with appropriate services
• Authorize admissions and process acute care authorizations while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with state regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in North Carolina
• Two years of clinical experience in mental health, substance use, or intellectual and developmental disabilities (MH/SU/IDD)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Comprehensive knowledge of behavioral health treatment principles and community resources
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain confidentiality
