North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing caseload of Latino students and families, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) will provide evidence-based teletherapy remotely, collaborating with school counselors and families during consistent afternoon and evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and family teletherapy sessions to K-12 students across North Carolina
• Collaborate with school counselors and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions

Required qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfort with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Availability for predictable hours from Monday to Friday, 3-8 PM
