North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing caseload of Latino students and families, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) will provide evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating with school counselors and families remotely during predictable afternoon/evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide teletherapy services to K-12 students across North Carolina
• Collaborate with school counselors and families to support student mental health
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations

Required qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM
