North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing caseload of Latino students and families, the part-time North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Therapist (LMHCA or LCSWA) will provide evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating with school counselors and families in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K-12 students across North Carolina
• Collaborate with school counselors and families to address student mental health needs
• Participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and clinical team discussions

Required qualifications

• Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Availability for predictable hours from Monday to Friday, 3-8 PM
