Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time North Carolina Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury, manage communication with clients and attorneys, and negotiate settlements while handling a high volume of cases.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate automobile accidents and assess coverage, liability, and damages
- Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels to provide exceptional service
- Negotiate fair and timely injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools
Required qualifications
- Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience is required
- Experience in SC, NC, or AL claims is highly preferred
- 2-5 years of moderate/complex Bodily Injury claim handling experience is preferred
- Prior litigation experience is necessary
