North Carolina Licensed Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to provide comprehensive business operations and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and departmental operations, including meetings and workforce planning
• Manage special projects and track initiative progress while coordinating with external partners
• Conduct data analysis and reporting, including premium and commission reporting and audit management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field, or 3+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Background in Marketing and Healthcare is a plus
• Project Management experience is preferred
• Ability to obtain NC Health License within 90 days of employment
