Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
  • Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers
  • Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Passion for helping others
  • Willingness to obtain a P&C license within 60 days of starting
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 1:30pm to 12am EST
