Job Summary
Seeking a full-time North Carolina Licensed Call Center Agent, this remote position will manage inbound customer calls, process service requests related to insurance policies, and assist customers with policy inquiries to enhance their experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers regarding their insurance policies
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days of starting
- Strong understanding of insurance policy details and coverages
